We offer a 10% discount to AARP and AAA members and those with public service careers in the military, teaching, and medical fields. 

We open our books for one night stays two weeks before the check in date.  Otherwise, please call the front desk.

You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 8 days before your reservation.  If cancelled within seven days of your reservation, we reserve the right to charge for one night of your stay.  Stay in touch with us if you need to cancel because we do not charge for circumstances beyond your control.

We charge a deposit of $1.00 per night, per room booked, to hold your reservation.

By calling the front desk, you can request a specific suite.  However, we cannot guarantee room assignments.

We do accept room blocks .  If you need more than three rooms please call the hotel to make the reservation.

Yes, we love having children at the hotel.  We are a great choice because of the extra living space, kitchen and washer/dryer.  Please call the hotel in advance to borrow a pack 'n play.

We accept service animals and pre-approved dogs.  You must call ahead of time, leave a $250.00 refundable deposit and sign a pet agreement.

Check in is at 4:00 pm.  If you arrive in Asheville before this, you may come straight to the hotel where we will take your luggage, give you access to our parking lot, and text you when your room becomes available.

Check out is at 11:00 am.  We can store your luggage at the hotel after your check-out.

We have a complimentary lot a short walk away.  Please note that we only have one spot for each room.  There  is a paid parking garage on our block if you have extra vehicles.

Our concierge team is happy to help you plan a surprise for the room including flowers, champagne, chocolates or anything else you can imagine.  We are also happy to put away groceries that are delivered before you arrive.

We do not serve breakfast but we are steps away from everything from pastries to a full farm-to-table meal to a New Orleans style brunch.

We have a non-smoking policy throughout the hotel.
