Yes, we love having children at the hotel. We are a great choice because of the extra living space, kitchen and washer/dryer. Please call the hotel in advance to borrow a pack 'n play.
We accept service animals and pre-approved dogs. You must call ahead of time, leave a $250.00 refundable deposit and sign a pet agreement.
Check in is at 4:00 pm. If you arrive in Asheville before this, you may come straight to the hotel where we will take your luggage, give you access to our parking lot, and text you when your room becomes available.
Check out is at 11:00 am. We can store your luggage at the hotel after your check-out.
We have a complimentary lot a short walk away. Please note that we only have one spot for each room. There is a paid parking garage on our block if you have extra vehicles.
Our concierge team is happy to help you plan a surprise for the room including flowers, champagne, chocolates or anything else you can imagine. We are also happy to put away groceries that are delivered before you arrive.
