Concierge Services:

The choices of what to do in Asheville are endless.  Our concierge team would love to help you plan your stay.  Please call the front desk at 844-494-6376 for information and recommendations.

Complimentary Parking:

We provide complimentary downtown parking in an open-air parking lot, located less than a block away from the hotel. Please note that we only have enough parking spaces to provide one car per room.  If you need additional parking, or prefer a covered lot, there are several parking garages nearby for $20 per night.

 Once you arrive into downtown, please pull up in front of the hotel to unload and get your parking pass. We will happily direct you to our parking lot from there. 

Exercise Equipment on Site:

Yoga mats, blocks, and free weights (up to 8 lbs.) are available upon request.

Games:

Looking for something fun to do in your room? We have multiple board games and card games available for all ages. Ask our concierge team about our selection!

In Your room:

In your room you will find free wifi, a safe, robes, slippers, and cooking supplies.  We also provide all of our guests with complimentary waters, sodas, snacks, locally-roasted coffee, teas, and more.  A pack 'n play is available upon request.

At the front desk:

Please contact the front desk if you need to print or scan documents, have packages held for you, or have grocery deliveries put up in your room.  Check with us first if you need items such as over the counter medicine or a toothbrush.  We probably have what you need!

Benjamin Walls Art Gallery and Wine Bar:

Benjamin Walls is an environmentalist, acclaimed photographer, and conscientious entrepreneur. Walls' artwork has 

received seven international awards and has been displayed in dozens of museums, including five exhibits at the Smithsonian. 

Located on the ground floor of the Windsor, this is a relaxing place to decompress while enjoying the amazing wine and chocolate truffle bar.  Enjoy a glass while at the museum or purchase a bottle for your room.

Restaurant and Grocery Delivery:

Our suites are great for unwinding. You can have a delicious meal delivered from local restaurants right to your suite. Asheville has several options for those wanting to stay in, including KickbackAVL  (our favorite),  Takeout Central, Uber Eats, and GrubHub.  Have groceries waiting when you arrive.  Sparky's convenience store is just across the street carrying a wide selection of drinks and snacks as well as over-the-counter medicine and toiletries. 

YMCA Health & Fitness Passes:

. The local YMCA offers passes to a sparkling clean workout facility, located just a couple of blocks from the hotel.  Daily Passes are available for purchase at the YMCA front desk.  Learn more at the Asheville YMCA website.
